Delivery Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Freight for your parcel is calculated on the weight and destination. Please e-mail if you would like a quote on the cost of freight. Once payment has been received, Australian customers should receive their orders within 5-7 working days. Once payment has been received, international customers should receive their orders within 20 working days. We will send your goods via Australia Post or courier service. If goods are unavailable we will email you to discuss other options.

Refund & Returns Policy

If your parcel has been damaged or you have any other concerns about the items you have received, please contact us at info@eggart.com.au as soon as possible. A&J Crafts Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
